Who we are
Gosugi LLC is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. We design, build, host, and operate web-based applications that are delivered to customers over the internet on a subscription basis. Our software runs in the cloud and is used directly through a web browser — there is nothing for our customers to install, provision, or maintain themselves.
We focus on mobile-first, real-time software for groups: products that multiple people use at the same time, on their own phones, with every change kept instantly in sync. The company handles the full product lifecycle — product design, engineering, cloud hosting, data security, and ongoing customer support.
What we build
Our applications are built as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). That means they are delivered over the web, work across phones, tablets, and desktops, and can be installed to a device's home screen for a full-screen, app-like experience — without going through an app store. This model lets us ship improvements continuously and keep every customer on the latest, most secure version.

Our first product
Gosugi's flagship product is ThatOneTime, a real-time shared trip and event guide. It began as a guide for a single multi-family road trip and grew into a private, multi-trip product any group can use to plan and run a trip or event together. How we work
We build deliberately: ship real, useful features; keep the experience simple; protect customer data; and improve continuously based on how people actually use the product. As a SaaS business, our success is tied to our customers' ongoing success — so reliability, privacy, and clarity come first.
